At Showcase Mockup Studio, we strive for perfection in every asset, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Return Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.
Package and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original box and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your replacement will be shipped within 5 business days.
